The students at Brigidine College Randwick are given the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sports and activities as part of their Curriculum. During their years at the College sport is a compulsory part of the PD/H/PE requirements. Therefore:

i) Student participation is compulsory.

ii) Students must wear full sports uniform and/or appropriate attire for their lessons i.e. life saving/swimming.

iii) In situations where students are unable to participate, a note is required for the lesson.

iv) Where students continually bring notes, a medical certificate will be required.

v) In the event of a student not having the full correct sports uniform, the College uniform must be worn.

vi) Any student with Asthma must bring their ventolin to every lesson.


All students representing Brigidine College Randwick will be required to fulfil the following:

i) Students must attend all meetings and training sessions.

ii) Follow rules set down by the coach.

iii) No student will be permitted to attend/participate unless they are in full sports uniform.

iv) Students must conduct themselves in a manner that displays sportsmanship at all times and abide by the rules of the game.

v) Failure to attend an event without sufficient notice will result in possible non-representation in subsequent sporting events.

vi) Students can represent the school in such sports as Softball; Hockey; Gymnastics; Netball; Cross Country; Swimming; Touch Football; Tennis; Basketball.


Parents will be emailed via the  College's "Sentral" Administration System, if an event is to be cancelled or postponed due to wet weather.
